What are the shipping options and costs? We offer flexible shipping across the United States:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking number will be sent via email once shipped.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within the United States.

Are your toys safe for children? Yes! All toys use natural wood and non-toxic, child-safe finishes. They meet US toy safety standards. We still recommend adult supervision for young children.

What ages are the toys suitable for? Our toys range from 0+ months (babies) to preschool age. Please check the recommended age on each product page.

Are they eco-friendly? Absolutely. We focus on sustainably sourced wood and minimal plastic packaging.

Returns & Orders

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@procabasia.com before returning. Personalized items are non-returnable.

How do I cancel or change an order? Please contact us quickly. We can only cancel/modify if the order has not yet been processed.

Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods through Shopify.
